I had a free NHS Health Check today and the young lady was kind, upbeat and very friendly and efficient - she put me completely at my ease with her approach.

The diabetic nurse at stourport medical centre has been an absolute angel over the last three years.She has helped me endlessly with phone calls on check ups and got me a lot of help when suffering from a cancer operation. She is an amazing credit to the NHS.

Prescription team are very helpful if you have a medication problem . They spoke to the triage doctor and rang me back

Never can get appointment when I need one in-between working .nurse,s can never get blood out my arms have to keep making different appointments with different nurse,s and still can't get it .you try tell them what needle to use but still don't listen to you.wasting my time

It would be really helpful if you would contact me directly if you are unhappy so that I can investigate your concerns properly and provide feedback to both staff and you. We take all feedback very seriously and where there is clear training needs, this is addressed but without any identifiable details it is difficult to do so. Put my mind at ease as I thought I had a serious skin condition put it was just fungal infection. Easy to talk to and listen to what I had about any concerns

Attended today with my daughter - the Gp we saw spent a long time explaining everything and our options also choices of treatment and further support and referrals DR went above and beyond today
