Having sent an email requesting an appointment I was contacted 20 minutes later offering an appointment with either a doctor, nurse or nurse practitioner. I decided a nurse would be fine and took an appointment at 9.45. I was seen within 5 minutes of the appointment time, with an apology for keeping me waiting! I was reassured by her examination. I was so impressed with the new system, and most grateful to be a patient at Steyning Medical Practice - thank you!

They sent a message to my phone asking me to send blood pressure results as a reply to the message. They sent it from a short code that doesn't accept replies. Just getting to this review page on NHS app is torturous.

The nurse practitioner I saw about my swollen knee was very thorough. Knowledgeable and sympathetic. I was very impressed with the service I received.

Called in the morning re a lump, offered appointment that morning, examined by doctor and a referral has been made, lovely doctor.

The contacts I have had with a doctor today and one of the healthcare team last week about the outcome of a blood test and health check were first class. I did not have to wait long for my appointments, I was seen very punctually; and I was treated with great courtesy, care and very professionally. In short, the service I have received has been exceptional. Huge thanks.

I rang because 111 said contact my practice, the receptionist answered, not even a good afternoon!! Just ring back at 8am very abruptly. Didn’t even as what the problem was. Not acceptable.

One of the GP partner saw me at short notice regarding my severe left hip bursitis. He has referred me for further investigations at a hospital and prescribed appropriate pain relief. He was kind, sympathetic and very knowledgeable of my condition. Many thanks!
