The receptionist was very helpful. There wasn’t any appointments available when I called. But she rang me the following morning with an appointment. Spoke to the doctor within hours. Extremely thankful for her service.

I was very poorly and the GP recognised I needed to go to A and E of which I was very grateful also reception staff helped the following week

New drug causing great pain. Today the Surgery acted immediately and GP responded immediately . I have had excellent care from the same GP for many months. The receptionist responded speedily and sensitively to my suffering.

I’ve just tried to book an online non urgent appointment via NHS app. I went in to book dead on 12 when appointments are released. 3 were available but by the time I completed the process each time(taking only a few seconds to write a 2 word reason for the appointment) the appointment was no longer available. This happened all 3 times by which time at only a minute past 12 all appointments were gone. Then immediately tried to call the surgery and was number 23 in the queue so no luck there. Not sure what more I could have done and if this happens every day how am I ever going to get an appointment. Irony is I called in the surgery earlier this morning but was told I’d have to use the on line system at 12.

Thank you so much to the receiption staff at Station Road ( who were so friendly , helpful and kind . The Doctor I saw was amazing - thank you all for the professional mannor in which I was dealt with.

I called at 8am and was 6th in the queue, I was answered within 5 minutes. My appointment was 20 minutes late but not a problem. The doctor I saw does lack personal skills and bedside manner but did what was required adequately.

I spoke on the phone on behalf of my 88year old mother with a lovely receptionist who was really helpful. She listened to me, said that she would speak to the GP and rang me back within the hour . She was friendly , polite & had a sense of humour.I can’t fault the service I received from her.

I rang to get results of a recent x-ray. The receptionist was very polite, helpful & gave me the results. I had a further question relating to an on going issue & she was extremely helpful. She advised me of the best way to go forward & what to do when so I now know what to do. This was very reassuring & I feel happy with the outcome. Thank you so much, I wish I could name the lovely receptionist but I forgot to ask her name.

Thank you so much for helping me today.Firstly the lady on reception who answered the phine was great,she understood that via needed to see someone soon and she booked me in straight away.Next the receptionists in the surgery were really friendly despite the fact that due to road closures i was late.Finially the doctor I saw,listened to my problem ,was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.
