Review titled Listening doctor and great practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 18 October 2024
I luckily rarely go to my Gp but experienced a concerning health issue and was even and taken seriously by the doctor I was fast tracked to the hospital and given a quick blood test and prompt future appointments . My results were explained promptly and clearly to me . Every single member of staff I dealt with from reception ,to a nurse and the lady who did my bloods went above and beyond .

Review titled Data breach
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Clare - Posted on 09 July 2024
Data breaching again, my go notes being linked to the wrong person who shares “same name” They always state their dob in emails as do I. She always ends up with my medication sent to her house, letters, appointments and now accessing my information on the app. Cancelled an appointment. Links should not be sent to personal emails without triple checking d.o.b address & I’ve already added my mother’s maiden name a few months ago to stop years of confusion. I can’t understand how they are still doing this and getting it wrong.

Review titled Super Doctors
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Ann Lambert - Posted on 07 June 2024
Arrived at surgery first thing Tuesday 28/5/24, feeling grim . Doctor immediately sent me off to West Suffolk Hospital. I was seriously poorly. 5 years earlier a different Doctor at the practice saved my brother’s life in similar circumstances. The odd admin or pharmacy blips are nothing compared to this . I can’t thank them enough.

I sat in the surgery for 1 hour waiting for the doctor spoke to receptionist doctor had marked me as seen for leg issue but not called me and I had gone with a shoulder issue does not give you confidence in the doctor. if I was 1 hour late I would not been seen. Very poor practice.

Review titled Much improved dispensary services
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 10 February 2023
For several months the dispensary have faced some challenging issues. Skilled workforce, new computerisation in addition to the building move whilst the surgery was being extended. Add to that supplies where medicines have not been available. Today they have excelled and seem to have worked hard to transform the dispensary.

Review titled Absolutely ridiculous
Rated 1 star out of 5

Impossible to get an appointment or even speak to a doctor. My 7 year old daughter has an ear infection. A simple enough diagnosis but i was told on day 1, there were no appointments, on day 2 to ring 111 or go to a&e as no time available from the doctors...on the day of a nurses strike. The next day i tried again, as im not keen to use these sorts of resources (especially on the day nurses striked) for something that was not an emegency, but was affecting my young daughters daily life and happiness. All she needed was a 5 minute appointment but again told the same. 6 hours after first dialling 111 she is finally home (way past her bedtime) with antibiotics. And they wonder why mental health is becoming a bigger problem.
