With an acute gastroenteritis on a Monday, while GP appointments at the earliest were on Friday, I messaged the practice via the software system Patchs. 3 hours later I got a call from the doctor, who organised a lab test. Within 36 hours we had the result. The doctor called me immediately, and had the prescription ready on the spot. Highly impressive. Stanhope Mews West is very accessible and the whole staff is patient-centric.

This practice is not run in a fair or professional manner. I requested a fit note through the practice website and even after a week did not hear anything via email, post or phone. When I call them, they said nothing they could do and I should phone the following day and ask for phone consultation, meaning I went at the back of the queue.
