Ridiculously hard to get appointment. I was promised a call back on 2 occasions and never got one. When I phoned back myself I spoke to a receptionist who was rude, dismissive and condescending. She spoke to me like I was stupid and can safely say I will not be using this GP practice going forward nor would I ever recommend them. Every experience I’ve had has been terrible.

Thank you for always providing the best medical service to myself and family. After my child became ill overnight I was able to quickly get an appointment with a doctor today who was amazing with my child. The reception team were friendly and helpful and couldn't to enough to assist me as always. I feel very lucky to be a patient at this practice.

I am a 74 year old man and am in severe pain and not sleeping due to a compacted joint in my neck. After 2 weeks wait I called into the surgery to ask if I was getting any nearer to an appointment as I would be serving on jury duty the following week and did not want to be in pain for however long I may be needed. I was told that I may "possibly" be seen in another 4 to 5 weeks time, I was told I could ring the GP alliance but it seems it is still not on my record that I am deaf and have issues using a phone. The receptionist offered to book me an appointment to get some pain relief and have been given an appointment in the middle of Wigan at 9:30 pm. I will have to go to but I am quite scared about having to go to the town at night as it is not a very nice place to be at night. This is the same doctors practice who prior to covid could see you on the same day and now it is 6 to 7 weeks, did all the Doctors get covid and die during the pandemic?

Following on from my previous complaint I was sent to the Alliance and prescribed a medication that was not compatible with my regular medication, I contacted the practice and was then offered a further medication that could have caused serious issues with an underlying medical issue. These things should be checked when prescribing medication. I have since had a face to face appointment and a referral for specialist treatment. Having seen the reply I got previously I checked the practice web site. It is still showing the previous practice manager with her email address?? Why is the website not updated and why not give the contact details in your replies?

Trying to get a face to face appointment is almost impossible, after requesting a face to face with a GP got a telephone consultation. After around a 3 week wait I waited for a call with no success, only 2 voicemail afterwards. Turns out there is an ongoing signal problem in the area. Had I got a face to face appointment in the first place this wouldn’t have been an issue.

I waited probably 3 weeks for an appointment and understand this is unlikely any fault of the people working there. I was was seen within 30mins of my appointment which is totally acceptable. The doctor was great and the receptionist was very efficient and polite. Top marks for the people!

I attended the practice in January 24 regarding a potential congenital heart problem. After having tests I waited for any follow up but to no avail. The Ask My GP service is usually switched off in under a few minutes and recently is permanently offline. You are directed to call the practice but your calls are cut off. The lack of a follow up is causing worry and anxiety

No help , no clue what to say when you ned help with the questions. My rezult on the blood test was lost end nobody let me know to repet again. I don't see unprofessional services on the desk never on my life.

March 24, my wife phoned reception and told the them that she had been suffering from bad headaches for 2 weeks, she was told she had to wait 2 weeks to see doctor doctor, she collapsed at home with a bleed on the brain and rushed to salford royal, i tried to phone reception , Everytime I phone reception they never pick up, they're very unprofessional, ive noticed on these reviews, the practice never give a reply, maybe its time the CQC did a up to date review on the place last one was 6y ago.

I had a prostate physical examination with a Doctor on 4/1/23 and a PSA blood test the day after. The Doctor said he would text me with the results but this did not happen. The results were on line on 6/1/23 showing a PSA of 1.6 but I do not know if this is good or bad and I am getting a bit stressed not knowing if I need any further tests or investigation. I first tried to ring but this was unanswered I then contacted the email address on the site for the practice manager but this came back stating she no longer works for the practice. I then emailed the address given on this reply but this has not been answered. I have since had a reply using an email address (not the one published on the site) and was told that my message has been passed to the Doctor, but I have not yet had a reply from the Doctor. Please note that I am deaf and talking on the phone is a big problem' could you please reply if you feel fit, by email I am trying to avoid avoid having to escalate the issue to the commissioner.
