   Absolutely sick to death of not being able to get an appointment this is constant they cannot keep blaming COVID every single time you call you are told to call 111 or go to A&E is for accident and emergency not everything and anything! can't even change surgeries as they are taking over most in Stevenage! as for the reception staff they are rude unhelpful never smile
