Got to the stage now where they can't even give you an appointment. To say phone later in the week just about sums this practice up. Will have to resort to going private just to get a diagnosis....sad really.

I used the online triage system to get advice/treatment. I was contacted back within minutes to ask me to attend an appointment on the same day. I was seen by one of the Practice’s ANPs. She was knowledgeable, efficient and spoke to me with such compassion and care. I got a great consultation with practical advice. Overall a fantastic nurse. The whole service was brilliant, Thankyou!

I called at 8am in the morning for an appointment for my young child and the only appointment available was 7pm that evening at a different GP in Chesterfield. I was happy to accept this appointment as I am fully aware of the current NHS pressures, and I was given appropriate advice from the nurse practitioner over the phone regarding what to do if my son deteriorated before then. A few hours later the nurse practitioner called back offering a cancellation appointment much sooner and at our usual GP surgery. She was clearly busy but I was very pleased that she'd taken the time to bring my son's appointment forward. As a result he was able to go to bed early, having had two doses of his antibiotics during the day, before he would have originally been seen. Thank you.
