I had a medication assessment today with a pharmacist who has recently joined the staff at St John’s and he was excellent and I felt comfortable that he had read my notes and knew my history which is so important He also put into place for future ordering of my drugs that are relevant, the right prescription to order and at the end of the call proceeded to go through everything so that I knew exactly what to order and when The other aspect to this is that he was very personable and sounded extremely knowledgable which always means you feel comfortable that you are speaking to someone who is knowledgeable and knows what is happening!!! Thank you so much

I have four children youngest 2 having learning difficulties i also have my own issues. Straight to point the GPs and reception I can’t fault there is sometimes a wait i agree but the care i have received is 100%. The GPs explain and support everything they even do print offs so i can read more on medical issue. We need to remember they are doing there best to provide for us the patient. We should praise them because without them who would help us.

I have been with this GP just under a year, they have a great GPs and nurses which have been very helpful on every occasion. I find the form by text when you call for appointment partially useful and the staff on reception very friendly.
