Whenever I visited in Gp so staff are very kind and listen carefully. One main problem just to book appointments online , I feel this one a bit hard because avoid such appointment we have to go hospital directly. Otherwise staff are good.

My child has asthma and had an asthma attack last weekend. As recommended by "asthma uk" I called the GP on Monday morning and they booked an appointment on Tuesday. But, the doctor who attended us wasn't the doctor who accompanied my daughter, he had a lot of difficulty filling out the asthma Plan and I left the GP surgery very insecure about how to manage the asthma attack and how long I would use the reliever inhaler. Now, I'm calm because I was very guided by the pediatrician in my country.

Receptionist is very unprofessional didn’t know all details for registration. During registration keep asking me new things and every time I provided the documents and she try to get in argument instead of descalting the situation. Please provide her a proper training or if she is not dealing with registration then refer to the person who is dealing with situation. She was rude and completely unprofessional.

Found the surgery good today from booking in at reception polite young lady to only waiting few minutes in waiting room then nurse come out and called me in was very quick very polite and friendly lady took my blood pressure and weight and height asked a few questions a very quick and friendly appointment.

Glad to hear of your good experience at the surgery. We do aim to do our best but sometimes it is not always possible to be on time with the appointments especially if we get an emergency and the doctor has to arrange an ambulance to take the patient to A&E. I had a flu jab appointment, I was seen promptly by the nurse, she was very friendly and professional, I hardly felt the injection. Also she did some checks relevant to my diabetes condition. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you St James practice 🙂

The (Irish) nurse who works at the practise is outstanding. She has been with the practise at least 12 years to my knowledge, she is an excellent professional and a credit to her profession.

Been this morning for a steroid injection, this doctor not been at the practise long, the care he gives is brilliant. Always pleasant and polite, does his best to help you. I wish I could put his name as he deserves the credit, I'm lucky to have him as my doctor, and the practise is lucky to have such brilliance in care.
