Review titled Very worrying

I had a photograph of a suspect mole taken by the nurse practitioner in Keynsham 8 weeks ago. I still haven’t had the result and the surgery are still ‘ chasing it up’. Considering how dangerous a cancerous mole can be, this is very worrying. I am still waiting to hear.

Review titled Awful practice
Rated 1 star out of 5

My last experience seeing a doctor was a positive experience however it is practically impossible to get an appointment especially for a non-urgent reason where you don’t want to spend hours on the phone in the morning with no guarantee of success. I have taken to booking online but because the practice had two different sites and do not make it clear when booking where the appointment is I have wasted time attending an appointment in the wrong location. The staff on reception are rude, ignorant and unhelpful. It is ridiculous to be asked to book a follow-up appointment by a GP and then by unable to do so. If you can register at a practice anywhere else please do do. If you have a serious condition it will only deteriorate here due to the impossibility of being seen.

Review titled Terrible service

Absolutely impossible to get an appointment. Wait on average 3 weeks to get an appointment booked in advance, at which point whatever ailment you have will either have gone away by itself or gotten exceptionally worse. This defeats the purpose of a GP practice. Call handlers are generally extremely cold and rude and unwilling to help. Always confusion amongst employees as to how to go about doing certain things (other than standard appointments). I legitimately have to anti anxiety medication before even calling to enquire about an appointment as I know the response is going to be the furtherest thing from helpful and a GP appointment will be nowhere in sight. I know we have the worst healthcare system in Europe, but this really is shocking compared to other Uk surgeries.
