After finding out my bp was extremely high after my pharmacist checked it I was able to get a ftf appointment the following day after a triage appt earlier in the day. The Doctor kept me calm as she examined me and talked me through what might happen if not dealt with quickly. She then advised me to book an ecg and also a bloods and urine test. Which I was able to do for the week beginning 13 Sept and the week after. After the appt with the Dr I went to the desk to get the other appts and the Receptionist was also so helpful and chirpy, that in turn helped me to get over my shock. For such a long time not being able to see a Doctor since before Covid I was very impressed with both the speed of an appt and the care they took when dealing with me. I just felt that they should be congratulated for their care and also their approach to patients. When I had my ecg the person who did this was also very calm and caring. A real treat after so long, and also after hearing others complain about the level of service. Well Done Springhead Health.
