Really grateful as the doctor was kind & compassionate towards me I didn't feel uncomfortable & felt respected she did a complete check up eg bloods heart blood pressure tests before offering & giving me the option of medication I'm very grateful.

I am extremely satisfied with my visit to the medical center. at the reception they were very good and to give me a direction and make an appointment again with another doctor. my visit to the doctor was very good, I got the impression that these people really care about people's health and do their best for it. I am extremely grateful to my doctor who accepted me and understood my problem. Thank you.

Everytime I call I find extremely difficult to communicate effectively with the medical officer on the phone. Recently they have been very vague and unhelpful on how to request repeat prescription medication. In the end I had to request emergency prescription through 111 and thanks to them and my very helpful chemists I received my medication just in time

Stages 2 high blood pressure yet making me. Wait mulit weeks for a appointment on blood pressure medication aswell already si without that I be hiting stage 3

Had a great experience with my GP appointment at Springfield, as I always do with each doctor I have seen. Doctors are attentive and, especially in my last session, this one took exceptionally thorough notes. They provided good treatment and explanation.

In my very own experience, It was pleasant not to wait long for an appointment, I have a non-urgent health issue and emailed them about it. The morning I was advised to go and set an appointment, I managed to get an appointment the following week which is surprising compared to my previous gp that takes more than 2 weeks to months just to get an appointment. Overall the service and the GP was superb and was accommodating. keep up the good work!

I came to the surgery reception regarding my medication the lady at the front desk was so helpful and my request was made with excellent communication and care, the lady also politely asked another member of the public who was standing very close to stand back , this action was carful as the receptionist asked first if we were together , I was really impressed with the service and felt glad that there were individuals working at reception because of the different people with disabilities would feel valued too ...

I've been registered with this practice for around three years, and everyone is great! From the reception team to the nurses to the doctors. When my mental health deteriorated one of its doctors, D.r;o.h.l.e.t.s., saved my life ensuring I was well and safe. This doctor went an extra mile calling me on a regular basis to make sure I had everything I needed at that point.

The GP's are fantastic its just a pity that it takes on average 80+ phone calls to get through and once you do actually get through there are no appointments left with the GP you are trying to book with or any others for that matter. This is not good enough, I understand that it can be busy but not being able to pre-book appointments like we used to do in the not so distant past and being told to call at 8am to try and get through to attempt to get an appointment is just going round and round. I have been trying to get through to attempt to book an appointment since last Thursday, everyday sorry no appointments left once you do get through. Due to my epilepsy i need to speak with my GP Dr L as he knows all my medical history but trying to get a Pre-booked Appointment i would need to wait for a minimum of 2/3 weeks. So yet again the issue's that i am having with my health will have to wait yet another day possibly more. The Practice seriously needs to bring back appointments that can be booked in advance a few days later rather than having to keep calling at 8am to never get through to be told there's no appointments left. The Practice Manager and her Team have to sit down and figure something out and rectify these issues as it's not just myself that clearly has this issue with trying to get an appointment.
