I had a blood test recently, the doctor was very calming and reassuring. I felt extremely comfortable at all times, all the relevant and necessary information was explained in a clear and concise manner.

The most painless and quick blood extraction i had in my life. The nurse that attend me was so professional and kind. I will recommend the practice to anyone scare of needles.

I recently went to see a doctor in person with whom I’ve been having telephone appointments about an issue that is greatly impacting my day-to-day life. I came in to have a physical examination and I felt really welcomed. I feel like they truly care about my health issues and have a genuine interest to help out as much as they can. They have reassured me that they are there for me and to call back whenever I need. As part of the consultation I got referred for a blood test and the nurse who carried it out was so lovely, super friendly and even remembered me from last time a few months ago. It truly feels like this practice is part of the community.

I had an appt with the nurse to have my bloods taken. I arrived early and was seen early. In and out in less than 15 minutes! The nurse was friendly and professional and explained how long it would be until I get my results.

Our reception area can get very busy at times as our building is not big enough for our growing practice. Friendly, knowledgeable, sympathetic and helpful front of house staff- not just to me but to everyone who turned up. I saw the nurse today and she had time to talk to me and remembered me from a few years ago. And when she took bloods I didn’t feel a thing. Exceptional bunch of people doing important work for the community.

Went to get my blood test done and the person doing it was super lovely! They distracted me and had a nice chat with me - helped a lot with my anxiety
