I called the surgery today regarding a lump in my throat and having difficulty swallowing, I asked if I could book an appointment and the receptionist said they don’t pre-book appointments. You have to phone on Monday at 8 o’clock for an on the day appointment only, As someone who works full-time, I don’t have the time to be able to do this. I am extremely disappointed as this may be a matter of urgency, I am struggling to breathe and swallow and can feel pressure in my throat
