I recently had a wonderful experience with a doctor in a call a regarding my mental health. The doctor was supportive, thoughtful, and informative. I really feel like the doctor has my best interests and wellbeing in mind. Thank you.

Dr who rang me today showed compassion and extremely aware of my health and what is needed. It's almost like being part of a family when dealing with all staff.

From a couple of pictures the gp was able to make an accurate diagnosis of my son’s skin infection and prescribe an antibiotic that made it better within a couple of days.

I very much appreciated the telephone discussion that I had to discuss results of my health test. The person that called me was very professional, clear, kind, responded to my questions, posed relevant questions and listened in a very attentive way. I got a very clear idea of the next steps to improve my health and the timeline for my next health check. Thank you very much!

Just had the Surgery Pharmacist call me to review my medication and I found this a very informative and helpful call. This is the first time I have received a call like this and I hope they continue. The pharmacist was very nice, respectful, understanding and helpful. Thank you.

I had a phone interview with the pharmacist at this practice because I wanted to know whether I needed to make a change to my medication. The pharmacist was very friendly and patient and knowledgeable and suggested a minor change and asked me to provide my blood pressure readings for 4 days, for her to analyse. She answered all my questions in detail. I was very pleased with the review.

. I have been seeing my general practitioner for over a year now , and I have always been impressed with the level of care and attention I receive during my visits. However, I must also give credit to the pharmacist she is not only knowledgeable and efficient in her job, but she is also incredibly kind and caring . She takes the time to listen to my concerns and always goes above and beyond to Insure I get a positive experience, i truly appreciate all of her hard work and dedication to her job, and I am grateful to have her as a part of my healthcare team. Thank you k.s , for all that you do!
