I had a call. on Friday based on an Accurx request (much better than e consult but it is hard to find). I'd just like to thank you for zakiperseverance calling and eventually getting an answer. I was placing an order in a cafe and I couldn't get my phone out of my pocket quickly enough. He tried me at home, he tried my wife and then got me again, this time I was sitting down waiting. He gave me excellent advice and was quite calm and relaxed in spite of the trouble he had done to. Appologies for messing you around. I am very grateful though. PS in the comment section I gave excellent against getting in touch by telephone. However I didn't try to phone . I used Accurx. I would like to comment on that

I had several different things to cover and either see the doctor regarding and I was thinking that this is a pain, how do I explain all this and book everything? one of those calls I was dreading. Also, I hoped any appointment wasn’t too far away. The lady I spoke with in the office was fantastic. So patient, knowledgeable and helpful - she made it a breeze! It was so quick too. Also, I have appointments for tomorrow! No waiting. Thank you Southborough for being so supportive and helpful. Keep up the great work! Also a shout out to the lady on Reception when I popped in earlier. Helped me with my query with no problem at all, and had a cheery smile which was welcoming. Thanks again all!

My husband needed to see a doctor about his scalp. We saw a lovely man who was extremely thorough in checking his head, and said he will refer him to see a dermatologist. We didn’t have to wait long and would be very happy to see him again.

Under all of the pressures the receptionists are under of what they can and can’t do! The lady who helped me this morning was amazingly cheerful, helpful and funny. Making my error of turning up on the wrong day not an issue and make no me feel welcome to go back on the correct day. Thank you!

Today I was very concerned that I may have an infection on my lip especially as I am going on holiday in 3 days time, weekend is looming and may I need antibiotics I spoke with a lovely lady Doctor who was very understanding and caring, she got back to me very promptly with her advice. I am extremely grateful and much relieved. The consultation reception manager was also extremely understanding and helpful. Thank you Southborough Lane surgery

I needed to book an on the day appointment, and rang at 8am an automated message told me I was number 11 In the queue, I was pleasantly surprised when I had the option to keep my place in the queue and would be called back. I was called back after about 10 minutes and spoke to a very polite and helpful receptionist, who gave us a face to face appiontment with a General Practitioner. we were seen on time and I really cant speak highly enough about the care we received. we were listened to not rushed and left with a plan to move forward with, we were also given information on how to submit an update the following week. I am very happy with the service we received at the practice.

Following recent surgery my son required medication from Dr. Econsult was a received quickly with feedback and a Dr's phone call booked in for next day. Surgery were extremely helpful when i requested sooner action. Health care worker and Dr managed to fit my request in within the hour to avoid delay. Patient and parent very grateful for speedy response by surgery team.

I completed an e-consult on the Monday and your female gp called me on the Wednesday as I was concerned about breast pain. I went in for a F2F consultation on the Thursday and she referred me on the 2ww. I was scared and frightened, but the GP was kind to me and did not rush me. I've since been seen at the Pruh Breast Clinic and thankfully all is fine. I just wanted to say thank you to the GP for listening to me. I work for 2 x GP Surgeries myself and patients are quick to complain but not necessarily give praise and thanks when deserved. So thank you.

I haven't in the past had a great service on the rare time i have tried to get an appt at any doctors surgery including this one - simply because i am sure the receptionists get a lot of calls from all manner of people, and take it out on them when they cannot get what they want! So i was very pleasantly surprised with the fantastic service i received off of them on Friday 5/1. The receptionist was fantastic, very polite and helpful. I never leave reviews, but felt i had to on this occasion as Dr's receptionists generally do get a bad rep because of the manner of their role. So felt i needed to give a good review where great service was received. I can't say her name in here, as this wont get published, so just thank you and I hope you see this

In these difficult circumstances with Covid and increasing pressures I am happy with the service and treatment I receive. I was able to receive help from a very nice paramedic and clinicians who have all been polite and helpful. Contacting the surgery by phone has improved. Thank you for your continuing medical care in these difficult times.
