Dr. address the issue at hand and went above and beyond what I really came for.. It was a thorough and reassuring consultation. I appreciate it very much. Appointments setting very well done, all staff from reception to HCA are very professional and accommodating.

Reception staff did their very best to accommodate my needs, being very person centred. GP listened, and I felt comfortable and not rushed into talking about my visit. GP explained what would happen next and followed up with a text with information that would help me with my anxiety. The reception staff exceeded my expectations by working around appointment to accommodate my need. They were aware of my anxiety ensured I got to see a go as soon as they could find me an appointment

Easy to check in, appointment on time. It was easy to make a further doctor appointment before leaving the surgery

The GP was super helpful and kind, felt like she was invested in helping me. GP booked a follow up for me in the room rather than going to reception

I had an on the day appointment with the trainee gp supervised by an experienced gp. It was at short notice and the appointment was great, everything got sorted and i was happy that i could see someone so quickly.

Booked appointment online so relieved can usually get an appointment. There is no choice on GP and I wasn't allowed to swap to the doctor I usually see about my hrt. I am grateful that most times we can secure an appointment

I was listened to, my views were validated, and I was treated with kindness and empathy. I just wish this current government valued heath care and our NHS. Services are stretched beyond what is safe - for clinican and patients. The validation of my health experiences exceeded my expectations and the honesty that the GP trainee didn't know how to help but they knew of similar patient experiences to mine.
