I visited a GP yesterday and had booked a double appointment to discuss several concerns. The GP was empathetic and showed genuine concern and understanding. I was very grateful and left the surgery feeling I had received very good Carr.

I had phone call from the doctor and I had only booked the appointment an hour before. Excellent service as always. I was so satisfied and nothing was too much trouble. They were so understanding and I cannot praise the efficiency of all members of staff enough. Thank you.

The receptionist made a last minute appointment for me and I must apologise for not attending! Sorry. I was unable to attend at the last minute because I am being sick on daily basis and couldn't risk the journey!

The Doctor I saw was really welcoming and put me at ease immediately. She listened to me and treated my problem with compassion and warmth. Having a doctor that makes the appointment relaxing and not feeling rushed was wonderful.

Able to get a same day appointment. Dr listened to me and decisions were made together. Receptionists lovely as usual.

The consultation I had was great, I came out feeling totally reassured. However, I would like it if I didn't have to wait so long for an appointment as I was waiting for 2 weeks.
