I cant believe this practice. After a family mrmber was diagnosed wuth a possible stroke an urgent referral was made to see a specialist. After waiting a few days we checked with the hospital and the surgery forgot to actually set the appointment. Unbelievable. Its urgent and they forgot.

I rang today to ask about flu jab for my father was told all appointments gone contacted surgery again & they have messaged to say he can go tomorrow (Saturday) so pleased & as always this surgery will always try to resolve any problem reception staff lovely & was messaged really quickly saying sorry my father wasn't contacted & offered appointment & if not convenient phone them but luckily it was ok thank you to surgery & staff who always try to do their best 100% & 10/10 .

Having seen a nurse over a week ago and being recommended for antibiotics I still do not have any medicine. My infection has resulted in pain and time off work which all could have bern avoided if I had my prescription issued to me. I am still waiting for with liilttle or no update.
