Called today, lovely receptionist, same day appointment, saw a fabulous st3 dr who was thorough and empathetic and respectful. Prescription sent to pharmacy in minutes, all done in less than an hour. Thank you South Brent for being such a great surgery during such challenging times.

I called, spoke to a very friendly, helpful receptionist at 9.00, a link was sent to me to upload photographs, I spoke to a lovely GP, a prescription was sent to the pharmacy and sick note issued all by 10.15. A wonderful Practice, caring staff providing a fantastic service to its community

Efficient reception and good access to treatments, depending on level of medical urgency. I was seen at short notice today, and received referral for a hospital consultation within my appointment time, with advice on how to deal with the problem, before the hospital consultation can be arranged
