    Once again today, after receiving a call from my General Practitioner I am feeling incredibly grateful to be registered with this practice. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 5 years ago and I can honestly say I couldn’t have wished for a better doctor at that point in time & since. It was a frightening time for me, but through his approach made it all easier to deal with. He clearly cares about those he works with. Entirely patient centred, I’ve always felt heard & respected. I have also found this to be the case with the other Doctors I have come across at this practice. I recently spoke with she was lovely too, the nurses, receptionist’s & clerical staff - a breath of fresh kind air. The past few years have been tough to navigate for health & social care services including practices, especially with the pandemic & subsequent pressures. Your level of care & responsiveness has never wavered in my experience. Thank you to my doctor & all your colleagues. Much gratitude, Abi

    In extreme and unusual pain i phoned at 8.00am, wonderful receptionist typed my problem, and a doctor rang me back in about an hour to give assess the problem and gave me a face to face appointment for 11.00pm. I asked for consulting room near waiting room, as i could hardly walk. Extremely thorough consultation and examination and offer of strong pain killers and an X-Ray. The doctor worked through lunch to procure Paulton Radiographer's appointment. I have never ever had a poor experience of this practice. Many thanks to all of you ....

    Had my annual diabetes bloods and check, not one for needles but the nurse relaxed me, hardly felt a thing

    Called 3 minutes before opening with a worrying lump that recently come up have been ill for serveral days now and bed bound and i get told its not important enough then i can't be seen and there isn't any appointments even though i have probably been one of the first to call. Disappointed in this place now not much care whatsoever here constant problems getting seen will end up dead one day before this place bothers

All routine appointments must have been taken very quickly that morning, but there will have been urgent appointments available.     I tried to ring the surgery at 8am to get a Doctor's phone appointment only to get a message (man) saying this call queue is full please try later? As I had rung at 8am and is normally tells yo that you are in a certain place in the Queue this was not happening. If this is the future well it's not working,and very frustrating

    Dear Mr Thatcher, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were unable to get through as soon as you called, this does indicate the volume of calls we receive each day. The practice has a queueing system, but if the queue is full there will be a message to ring back, this saves patients waiting on the phone for extended periods. Once you ring back and get onto the queue you will be given the option of a call back. With the number of calls we receive a day, which can be in the 1000's we find this is the best solution for our patients. Caron Tremaine-Tucker Managing Partner
