Used the online appointment request/triage tool to request an appointment. Simple to use. Received a call half an hour later, booked in for an appointment the following week (it was a non urgent issue). Seen promptly on the day, staff were friendly and the doctor knowledgeable and put my concerns to rest. I've been a member here for about 3 years and consider myself lucky to have such a good doctors on my doorstep.

On attending the practice most recently, I was treated with the upmost respect. The nurses were very professional and very well mannered. Thank you for making me so comfortable to have the flu injection.

Came to see my allocated gp, normally don't get her so very happy, also nurse after. Ran smoothly, gp was amazing. Took time to explain everything, agreed treatment plan and didn't feel rushed. Fabulous advice on next steps. Nurse was super friendly, helpful and warm personality. Just a great service! Best practice in Sheffield I'd say!

Came in to have my flu vax complete, was in and out within 2 minutes. Friendly, attentive & easy. The same with my other stuff as well, don’t dread getting in touch with Sloan like I did my old GP practice!

Received a call, was expecting a call but expected it from main surgery and this was from the other one. They don't understand my history but got me an appointment with in-house physio. Physio is fantastic! Kept me updated on treatment, plan of action and felt like he totally understood my concern. Referral sent as I was in appointment. Felt like I could go back at any time, nothing too much and genuinely cared. Wonderful!

I attended for annual health check. The practitioner I saw was so friendly and helpful - and interested in helping me stay as well as I can be. I was given time to chat over my various health issues and offered a range of tests. I left feeling reassured that I was in good hands and had been properly listened to.

The staff are really good and the GPs understand my conditions, however trying to get an appointment is almost impossible. Even with the new online booking system, I could not get a face to face appointment that day. My appointment was booked for over a week away and this meant that my new health condition was left untreated until then. How do the elderly or less technically minded people get an appointment?

For the second time I've been called for an appointment at this practice only to find out it was a mistake and I've had to go home. The first was a cervical screening where the doctor explained that the results wouldn't be processed so she wouldn't take a sample. This one was a flu jab I'd been invited for but was not actually eligible for. Although it's inconvenient to turn up and then be sent home, I'm more concerned that I might not be called for appointments that I actually need such as my cervical screening. These experiences have left me feeling a little worried about my care.

The h a who took my bloods and blood pressure and who made me a review appt was very professional and also had an excellent manner all of which put me thoroughly at ease. Top marks!
