    I understand the move to online but there must be exceptions made. My father is 94 and a half, deaf, house bound and has never used the internet. Booking a nurse appointment for him today has taken 7 attempts to be put in telephone queue then a hours wait in a queue then to be told I had to use the internet to make the appointment. What about patients without younger family members to help? Suggesting that, if he didn’t have a computer, he should ring or visit the surgery to book (impossible) was unhelpful.

    Modality partnership chose to go completely online, can’t talk to anyone in person or over the phone to book appointments or even seek any advice any longer. This is absolutely contrary to public opinion and leaves many people at extreme risk, especially those who are unable to use online services. Even with the knowledge of how to use the booking system actually getting an appointment is nigh on impossible.!I believe that avoidable deaths and injury will result from this in the near future.

    According to this practice modality is working....yeh its working becauae those in need cant get a appointment ended up at and e getting refferred to surgical team this weekemd used the online form offered me a call back.the following week i spoke to a dr a month privious who told me i was taking my medication wrong ...incorrext spoke to specialist not only was i taking it correct she prescribed me 12 weeks of medication i did not need also very rude now trying to get daily dressings which is a struggle when you cant get threw to the practice

    A virtual doctor’s surgery…. Unable to access an appointment via a human being. Only appointments made via the online service will be replied to in an “appropriate time scale” If your medical need’s don’t fit any of the drop-down boxes online ……you are screwed ! Where are the doctors, where are the medical centre staff…. ? I don’t want a text message diagnosis!

    If by any chance you can’t access the internet or what you need to speak to them about isn’t available online you are waiting over an hour on the phone to get through even a small amount of callers before you.

    I think the staff at this practice are doing their very best. Unfortunately, not everybody sees that and complains a bucketful about the service. I have had nothing but positive experiences in the 15 years I have been with silsden doctors. I know its hard to be patient and polite if you are poorly, but please be kind to the receptionists, nurses, doctors, pharmacists etc because they are all working towards the same goal... to help you. Show a little patience and understanding and thank them for their help. It's important we are kind to each other. Thank you Silsden Medical Centre for looking after us. Your staff are amazing.

    I am not able to book an appointment online and the complaints form didn’t work either. I have up until not tried to stay positive but they are extremely poor. They seem not to want patients to be contacting the practice.

    AWc Modality are not competent to run a bath let alone a medical practice! Trying to speak to anyone is very problematic. This afternoon, 18/04/2023, I called just after 4pm after waiting for the long rambling IVr message to end I was informed "We are now closed, call back when we are open." If/when you do get through to them it is likely that you will be fobbed off. I've been told by receptionists to "go private" or "go to A&E" or "call 111" all during the surgery opening times. If you get to speak to a GP they will say that they are going to issue presciptions but they won't.Total incompetence, if our mobility was better my wife and I would be finding a medical practice that is nothing to do with this total waste of space.

    3 hours on hold, only 15 calls in the que when I started so that's 5 calls a hour as a total capacity. Totally unfit for purpose system designed to get as many people to give up and not seek treatment as possible. Next time unfortunately I will just attend a&e I don't want to but that is the only reasonable option left.
