Once I had been given an appointment with the doctor, the system worked well and I received a very professional and friendly service. However the system to get an appointment is rather onerous but I understand the reasons why it is necessary and what measures the practice has taken in an attempt to make it easier. However, here we stray into wider NHS issues about which I have been asked not to comment! Thank you Lilliput for making a great effort at a difficult situation.

It was clear why we entered the consultation room a few minutes late. The Dr had thoroughly reviewed my child’s extensive file and knew what questions to ask. Very professional. The Doctor is a particularly experienced GP and demonstrated patience and tact extracting information from my young teenager. The child was also full involved in the conclusion and ongoing plan. Thank you.

Requested a phone appointment despite knowing they’d be really busy with strep A and flu cases but the doctor phoned me within an hour or so. She was extremely helpful and had me diagnosed and prescribed within the call and able to pick up the medication straight away. Great service!

The service I received from the surgery and Drs was excellent. I was seen without hesitation and followed up. Professional and friendly staff. Despite the overwhelming pressures I can’t fault the fault during my experience.

Both my son and me had appointments this morning with two different GPs. Both were absolutely fantastic. I had a timely response to our online enquiries and convenient appointments were made so we could be seen around the same time. Both GPs were on time, polite, thorough and the one who saw my young son was great with him, involving him in the process and ensuring he felt at ease. We both left with clear plans regarding what to do next and when to get back in touch. I can highly recommend this surgery. Thank you

Found the online process of requesting an appt not very straightforward However GP contacted me within the day even though it was for a non urgent concern. GP face to face consultation excellent clear explanations of the possible treatment options and did not feel rushed. Thank you

My concerns were listened to and medication and suggestions to help were proposed. I was given sufficient time to say what I wanted and an xray has been arranged to assess joint damage. The whole session was helpful
