I consulted the GP because of a continuing digestion issue. Previous consultations had resulted in medication being prescribed which were successful, but symptoms returned after a few months. Following an initial visit in December, the doctor decided that a full spectrum of tests and scans should take place due to my age and previous medical history. These have been arranged and swiftly completed at the local hospital. Results have shown that I suffer from a hiatus hernia and will probably require long term, but relatively inexpensive medication. Other tests have proved normal, but one scan has highlighted another potential problem, which will now be investigated further. I am extremely grateful to this GP and reassured by the way my investigation has been conducted and the follow up consultation.

I used the on line Klinik system and it was very efficient. I had a doctor appointment the same day and various tests were arranged the same week. The staff were all friendly and efficient and above all very caring.

I contacted Shore, using their Klinic system about my daughter’s ear infection. With in 2 hours I had received a text response from the GP and a prescription was waiting for me at the pharmacy. Excellent and very rapid service

I have contacted the surgery twice over the last 3 weeks via the Klinik online consultation . Spoke to GP within 2 hours on both occasions . Very prompt, efficient and safe service

I phoned with a problem and the receptionist was sympathetic and understood the pain I was in. She even filled in the form over the phone. I was able to see the doctor that day. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful surgery - thank you.

An hour or so later I had a phone call arranging a phone appointment with a doctor, and an hour or so after that the doctor called and we had a very sensible conversation. Credit where it's due, that was a very good process and outcome from my perspective. Thank you

Left a message first thing. Doc called back a couple of hrs later. Got appt with the nurse that afternoon & whilst there the Doctor came down to inspect poss cancerous moles. Doing referral.
