I tried from 8 o'clock in the morning to make an appointment The phone just says line is busy try again later and cuts off. I tried from 8 - 1pm same throughout for 5hours. I also tried to get through 2 other options and they did exactly the same and cut off. This is not the first time this has happened. This has happened everything I have tried to call. The online booking system doesn't even work either. So what is the point of your medical centre when you can't even get through to anyone. Paying Tax for what service. No customer care what's so ever. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star that would be very generous if I even give it a 1 star. Might as well close the place down. I will even give you my full support and hands on for closing the place down

Always nervous attending my smear test. Don't know why I worried. I saw the nurse at Westcliffe who before Covid was at Shipley site, she couldn't have have put me more at ease, professional but with warmth and humour. She even sent me information on how to strength my pelvic floor with exercises, how to check my breasts, asked me if I felt safe at home, which I thought was great, there might be someone who doesn't and I'm sure she'd offer support, felt so cared for and she even did my blood pressure. Amazing. Thank you
