Been trying to get through on the phone for appointment for me and my son for the past 5 days. After waiting through a long recorded message you finally get to choose option 3 for book an appointment. You then get told they are very busy to call back later and they hang up the phone. After going through this for over an hour you get nothing. If you call later in the day you get told no appointments and to call at 8am, so you call at 8am just to go through the same thing again and again and still get no appointment. When I called a few weeks ago for a non urgent appointment for my daughter I was told to call at 8am, I told them this appointment could wait and could I book one in advance and was told No, all appointments are same day and call in at 8am. This means people calling at 8am to see doctor urgently are waiting in same queue as people who can wait.
