The new building is very comfortable light and very organised the staff at the saddlers are very helpful and polite I have always found the staff really nice I had a problem with my ear it was blocked the nurse I had an appointment with the nurse to syringe it she sorted it out for me.

Unable to get through on the phone when visited the surgery I was told can't book appointment I have to phone!catch 22!

Dear Simon, thank you for taking the time to complete this review. I am sorry that you were unable to get through on our phone lines. Unfortunately our phone lines are very busy especially first thing in the morning, if your request for an appointment is non urgent you can use our on line service tool accurex by visiting our website www.thesaddlershealthcentre.co.uk. We do have on the day appointments, pre-bookable appointments up to 6 weeks in advanced with most of our clinicians, you can also walk into surgery to request an appointment. We do ask that if your appointment is request is urgent you contact the surgery either by phone or walking into surgery the same day at 8am. If you would like to discuss this further please contact the surgery and speak to the practice manager. Kind Regards

Was seen straight away on time and didn't have to wait around. Doctor was patient and listened well, overall good experience.

The phone call appointment was on time and the doctor was very helpful and managed to book me in for a face to face appointment the following week.

I am struggling with work stress and anxiety to a point it is unbearable. I called in the morning at 8am for an emergency appointment and was seen to by 9.20am on Monday. Very caring people who really attended to my needs and are continuing to do so in my journey. Thank you

It’s just a short visit for me as I don’t normally go to GP for consultations unless I need to update my blood test and there’s a concerning issues I have which is more often these time maybe because of my age,

The last visit was to finish my B12 injections and to have a tetanus jab, the nurse is lovely and very good at injections.

The cleanliness and the care that staff give to the patients is great . My daughter is 3 years old . My daughter is very afraid of injections. But the doctor gave her an injection after talking to her and after giving the injection the doctor also gave her stickers. My daughter was so happy after getting the injection for the first time. Truly the doctor and staff are all very good and corporative too
