Send me a specialist . the nurses are very kind, I get answers to all my questions and they arrive very quickly, the prescriptions arrive at the pharmacy, I can contact a specialist in a very short time, I get messages to remind me what I have to do for my health

Pain relief given with instructions on when and how to take, Internet advice on exercises and advice sought from specialist in hospital.

Whenever you call for a doctor's appointment you never get one. Receptionist says to go to walk in centres instead. I tried to booked appointment for nurse the earliest I got was the end of next month. Not happy at all with the way patient being treated. If we have to go to walk in centre for everything what is the GP surgery for then.

Overall great experience the Receptionist staff is so nice and kind will go the extra mile will make you feel better just with her smile and will do her best to make sure she has sorted you out

However, during my most recent visit I waited 45 min, which is not normally the case, when the nurse came she told me the system had crashed and I needed to rebook another appointment. She apologised and took my details saying I would be contacted. Its been 5 days and no contact has been made.

Gp nurse is fantastic nothing seams too much trouble for her. She is a great asset to the practice she is always there to help with anything you need and tries to assist you with your needs

The reception staff are efficient and welcoming. The nurses and the doctors are thoroughly professional and caring. I have been a patient here for many years and feel very grateful.

My whole experience has been truly amazing, to meet such friendly and helpful staff that know what they’re doing is a breath of fresh air. I have been cared for twice a week for 7 weeks by the wonderful nurse.
