Although it is sometimes difficult to get through on the phone, I always receive a caring and patient service from all members of staff. Everyone does their best to help with whatever situation I am in. No matter how busy staff are they are always pleasant and friendly.

I love the approach and the process was easier and faster tha I thought.i will always recommend saddlers health center for anything with any kind of health issues

I was warmly received at the reception and after which I was asked to wait for a while for my assessment.Pleasanteries were exchanged and my Blood pressure was taken and blood samples taken with my consent.communication was effective .I was asked to. Come on the 4th of August for my smear test.

Receptionists are friendly and helpful, the nurse is very good . Only problem is it’s very difficult to get an appointment with a GP

Doctor and reception lady, were very nice. Doctor asked lot of questions about my problem and gave me all the information about the results of my blood test,and reffer me to a head scan.

Was referred to pharmacy as no appointments yet I called in at 8am for a 6 year old. Pharmacist advised he cannot prescribe so referred back to GP who said they have no availability all whilst I have a unwell child, fobbed off as per usual!

I switched to this practice and have been here for a year. I have had no issues with getting appointments and being seen physically by the Doctor when it's necessary. I have found they have always prioritised appointments for my child. Would highly recommend this practice.

Staff are always willing to go above and beyond for patients. Always friendly and welcoming. Stayed seeing patients all during COVID and still kept people safe. Best surgery my family have ever been with.

Hi recently needed advice on travel vaccines…after speaking to nurse we agreed no further action was needed and I was covered for my trip…but this stupid surgery decides to make an appointment for me which I new nothing about and because I didn’t attend although I had phoned to ask what it was about I received a snotty text saying if I miss any appointments again I will need to find another gp?….first of all I didn’t no anything about this appointment..and secondly I don’t miss appointments and feel stressed over this poor worded text off saddlers health service…not pleased…👎👎I do not recommend people joining this practice due to their incompetence in communication…
