Cannot get appointments Reception staff unhelpful Not seen on time, 30 mins late for each appointment yet patients waiting to check-in then told you are too late and GP won’t see you despite arriving on time

Dear patient, thank you for taking the time to complete this review and brining this to out attention. The Saddlers Health Centre do offer emergency on the day appointments as well as routine appointments up to 6 week in advanced with many of our clinicians, you can request appointments on line through our website, call the surgery or pre-book an appointment using the NHS app. Sometimes the clinic's do run behind time we do try and let the patient know this on arrival and do keep them updated if they are sat in the waiting room if this has not happened I do apologise and will look into this. We do operate a 10 minute late policy for patients anything over this time we will ask the GP if they have time to still see the patient but with clinic's running on a schedule this is not always possible and will ask the patient to rebook. If you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact the surgery and speak to the practice manager.

Seen the nurse after operation on my hand She was fantastic so helpful booked my next appointment Didn't have to wait hours The receptionists are also great Would recommend anyone

Had to attend smear test 02.09.24. The nurse was amazing. I was dreading it but she treated me with kindness and understanding and sympathy. She was so friendly and informative. I felt lucky to have seen her as l was very nervous and worried. She put my mind at ease straight away. What a credit she is to the practice.

I had to wait over 4 weeks for a routine appointment. The new surgery is very nice, clean and spacious. The Dr was thorough and hopefully will help with my issue as long as i can get an appointment after my blood tests.

The service from the female doctor and the receptionist was excellent. I would say the same about recent visits to see the nurse. The one drawback was parking. I had to sit in the car for 10 minutes waiting for a space to be vacated. Other cars were waiting too.

I frequent the practice regularly and usually see the same nurse. This occasion was no different. She was as courteous and as professional as she always is. As far as injections go, a painless experience.

Got an appointment with the HCA no problem,very polite and cheerful,she puts you at ease,answered any questions I had,nice and clean inside the reception area and waiting area,ladies on the desk said morning and smiled. Loverly surgery no complaints
