I phoned for an appointment the person on reception was so lovely. She listened and directed me to the right service. I needed a telephone consultation as my mum is housebound, I felt listened to. I also had a lovely GP call me, she listened and provide advice, put my mind at rest. I really appreciate your support and want to thank you for your help.

Problem with system crashing had to rearrange my appointment as slot went over my time by an hour and couldn't wait any longer , but receptionist was lovely,really helpful.

I saw my nurse, she called me in on time, she advised me on something I wasn’t there to speak about and talked me thru what she was doing and very thorough, always pleasant, polite and considerate

Parking, check in and my consultation was very easy. The receptionist was extremely helpful and very bubbly.

A very professional experience. The GP was kind and attentive. Took all necessary vital signs and procedures, made valuable insights, granted good audience and listened properly to all questions given. A properly sanitized environment and warm reception. Time conscious and adherence to professional standards.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The new site looks great too. I felt at ease throughout my appointment and kept up to date via messages leading up to my appointment so that I didn’t forget the date or time.

Went following results of a 3 day heart monitor which had lots of information which I didn't understand and asked to explain and just said its OK just fast a little. Hospital said to take 2.5mg beta blockers which was prescribed. Asked about the meds and told nothing I needed to know. Once I got tablets read leaflet and says to start and 1.25mg and build up to the required levels. Avoid ibrofen and if new to.meds should be monitored closely to begin with all.of which I didn't get any further information. Not happy with the doctor

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The GP has excellent communication skills and was able to provide appropriate support and medication. I would highly recommend the GP as he provided high quality care for patients. I was pleased with the car parking arrangement.
