Came in for a antenatal appointment. My midwife was thorough and happy to answer all my questions and concerns. I had a pleasant experience with her.

Receptionist was polite and friendly. Parking is easy which can be very traumatic at some surgeries . I didn’t have to wait long at all. The nurse explained everything clearly.

At saddled center, Admin staff are good. The doctor is average. Could show that care more for her patients. I had a problem I am bliging a lot and the doctor only give me 10 pills which is not enough. and say this is normal. I asked for a scan and she said no. I still blinding. Pills are not doing much, are not stopping the blinding and I feel she care less about my health.

Waited over 30mins and GP wasn’t friendly. My most recent Experience felt robotic! Tried to engage in short conversation and wasn’t responsive in a meaningful manner.

Dear Vannessa, I am sorry that you were not happy with your consultation with our GP. Sometimes the clinic's do run over with things out of our control please accept my apologies for this. The new building is very comfortable light and very organised the staff at the saddlers are very helpful and polite I have always found the staff really nice I had a problem with my ear it was blocked the nurse I had an appointment with the nurse to syringe it she sorted it out for me.

Unable to get through on the phone when visited the surgery I was told can't book appointment I have to phone!catch 22!

Dear Simon, thank you for taking the time to complete this review. I am sorry that you were unable to get through on our phone lines. Unfortunately our phone lines are very busy especially first thing in the morning, if your request for an appointment is non urgent you can use our on line service tool accurex by visiting our website www.thesaddlershealthcentre.co.uk. We do have on the day appointments, pre-bookable appointments up to 6 weeks in advanced with most of our clinicians, you can also walk into surgery to request an appointment. We do ask that if your appointment is request is urgent you contact the surgery either by phone or walking into surgery the same day at 8am. If you would like to discuss this further please contact the surgery and speak to the practice manager. Kind Regards
