It is an umbrella practice that exists alongside other practices in the same building. I find it annoying that other practices are giving Doctor appointments before 08:00 am and this practice seems to be 09:00 am. Appointments with the Nurse are given from 8:00 am. On the day in question I had an 08:00 am appointment with the Nurse and I had arrived at 07:45 to find other practice doctors were seeing patients whereas the practice reception for my doctors was not manned. I waited until 08:15 before the nurse I was to see at 08:00 arrived. The Nurse apologised for being late but gave no reason. My appointment with Nurse was very good and I can only praise her work during my attendance - she was very efficient, knowledgeable, informative and had a friendly disposition. I can’t understand why, if there are appointments at 08:00 , reception is not manned before that time - say 07:50 to help people who arrive for the first appointments.

It was a pleasant experience. Ample car park spaces available. Toilets are clean and smell fresh, really nice. Pleasant waiting area. The nurse who drew my blood was patient and gentle. Did not leave a bruise on my arm. She sounds and acts so experience. I felt I was in good hand. I have asked a lot of questions during that time which she gave me answers that I am happy with.

I made a request for a referral-this was dealt with quickly and thoroughly on the phone consultation and then responded to the same day

I only waited a very short time for my consultation. Despite the surgery being busy I did not feel hurried and was given the opportunity to talk and give my opinion. I was asked if I was happy with the referral and the outcome of the appointment. Also it is very considerate of my GP to collect me from the waiting area and escort me to the doctor's room.

My last experience was taking my mom to the surgery for a blood test, practice nurse had to take blood pressure, which was on the low side, nurse got in touch with Gp, who then contacted myself and we changed mom’s medication the same day. Excellent service

The receptionist was quite warm and friendly, the nurse was attentive and patient, the doctor also attended to me in the most professional manner. I love and appreciate their services.

Booked in for a simple blood test given 4 different times to attend arrived at the last time I was given waited half an hour and was still not seen by the practice nurse left without seeing anyone absolutely disgusted.

Whatever doctor I was given this time wasn’t my usual.. she was clueless about any of my health issues currently I was told she didn’t see a reason why I needed one.. even after I explained my situation n surgery lol Terrible doctor, would avoid her at all costs again

Asthma review attended. Thorough review. Nurse was knowledgeable and listened to my requests. Didn’t rush me. Rare to have to wait long for an appointment
