The staff are very helpful and professional. The waiting time was within reason. I have been with this practice for many years and couldn’t fault them. I was able to see my preferred GP.

Yesterday I had an extremely pleasant experience with the lady who collected tests for me and my boy. She was extremely kind, empathetic, gentle and understanding. I thank him very much.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Waiting room was clean and tidy. I did not have to wait long. HCA was excellent at taking bloods and explained everything to me.

Dr was excellent. Took his time, listened, examined and came to a resolution The Reception team are always efficient. Facilities are easy and accessible

Staff were pleasant and helpful on this very busy day. Time to talk and listen. Every care was taken to ensure that my health issues were thoroughly investigated and acted upon. Phones were busy at 8 am which can be frustrating when you want to deal with the practice in this way as I don't like the new technology approach. But this will be our enforced future and not the fault of the surgery. Glad to be part of this practice.

As I am new in uk ,I was not registered with gp .I was sick and worried about my health care .Luckily I got registration and appointment with gp surgery at Saddler health centre in one day .It was great experience for me and I got sick note easily without any hassle.Staff and doctors are very cooperative and helpful. Thank you !

Visited the gp for the first time with my babies and we were attended to on time, no time wasting the reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. I’ll recommend this GP. Very friendly and great practice

The practice is always clean, the receptionist very welcoming, the nurse was more or less on time (patient before over run) and the nurse was lovely and explained everything to me very clearly

I had a telephone consultation with a female GP (not my normal GP) she was not really interested in having a conversation about my medical issues, I felt it was just a case of quickly spit out what the medical problems is so she can get on to the next call and get home
