Attended for a flu jab & was seen in a timely manner. Reception & medical staff were professional & pleasant. This has been my surgery for nearly a year, and it has so far been responsive to my needs.

Thank goodness I am with saddlers centre They are stand alone in this huge practice, You can actually get through to them quite quickly, My sister belongs to The other part she tried to get through last week and there were 90 people waiting she got to 45 And the phone said we have no more places goodbye!!!!! It is the worst thing I just happened in Walsall All the practices in one place, You are not a person you are a number You have screens shouting out all the time It’s very confusing for elderly absolutely awful

I have had hip replacement, I often have to go to surgery, doctor, nurse, receptionist, all these people did not disappoint me, thank you to all of them.

It was a fantastic day and l had a lovely day when l had a phone call and ther was a lovely sounding woman on the other end that made my day she fed me which is very thankable thak you very much for you kindness people like you are so carering and understand the sitiuation thank you kind regards from Huw Evans oh ps people like you make life worth living god bless

I came for a follow-up appointment having attended an xray. I was expecting contact regarding the results but heard nothing. I attempted to make an appointment but non were available until 22nd November, so was told to ring at 0800 ot attend in person.l was given a 1255 appointment with Advanced Medical Practitioner not a GP as they were on a trg day. As a member of the armed forces not being able to book an advanced appointment in a reasonable time frame is very poor. The Advanced Medical Practitioner was very good.

I book my cytology for my half term. I so that I don't have to ask for a day of at work. I but this is the 3rd time I book this on halfterm and the nurse cancel it. This is really missrespectful

when i got seen by said person on thursday 31/10/24 i found them really rude and not helpful questioning family members qualifications i came with a problem that has been on going now even after starting medication for the first month im felling worst what i described to them witch i got told im not giving it long enough but on nhs app it says 2 weeks to see a difference with medication and i feel worse since starting them i described i feel like im dragging my body around im constantly tired and feel like i could sleep all day if i could and sometimes have felt that bad were i couldn’t get out of bed i just got 0 help from them and said there is nothing they can do i was not happy with outcome as i never got listend to and just kept getting g told your not giving it long enough so if i still feel the same in a few weeks time i will be reutring and also wish to never see this person again after the disrespect they are meant to be there to help and listen but clearly couldn’t care less

Nurse saw me regarding my cough of 4 th week now , gave me antibiotics to take. 5 minutes from seeing receptionist to leaving , excellent

The gentleman doctor we saw was very friendly, efficient, caring and conscientious with my eldely mother and refered her for the appropriate tests and followed up with a telephone call to relay results and the way forward with her treatment.
