I presented at practice with ongoing & increasing discomfirt in my left lung front & rear. I have severe acid reflux & in Oct 2023 had a gastroscopy when biopsies were taken. Since then, discomfort has increased. GP examined me, then referred me for xray, ECG & ultra sound scan, for which I am awaiting appointments. Very pleased with response & treatment from this wonderful practice.

The appointment was prompt, the consultation was clear and the advice was well received. The whole experience was wonderful and left me feeling extremely reassured. All staff, including medical and administrative, were very professional and I cannot recommend Rutherford Medical Centre more highly.

The practice seems to run very efficiently. The staff I have dealt with have all been very helpful and understanding and have directed me to either a telephone appointment or a personal consultation. Using the on line repeat prescription works very well and saves time.

The reason for my appointment was that I had a few questions about my prescribed medication and about some other tests. The doctor who saw me was very good. They listened closely to my questions and when I finished they answered each one. They were very helpful and looked into whether there was anything of concern. I was reassured by their manner and went away feeling happy with my treatment.

I have nothing bad to say about the doctors but the receptionists never answer their phone. I keep having to put in an online consultation as I can't get through only to be told to ring up and make an appointment. One of the receptionists is always very rude too

Rutherford is a great practice- I’d highly recommend it. Each Dr I’ve seen there has been thorough and kind, and I always feel listened to. They have been quick to see my baby when he’s been ill too- which is very reassuring for a new mum. Thank you!

Had an appointment at Rutherford Medical Centre , Reception staff very helpful, Medical practitioner gave me time to explain my concerns, I feel very confident my health issues are being resolved . An excellent practice

My husband receives speedy and responsive care from this practice. However mine and my son's experiences are not as responsive difficult to understand why. Recently took me nine weeks to have my cardiac medication reviewed. The increase we agreed could have been done in five minutes and saved two telephone consultations. Time wasting for both myself and the practice and could have been life threatening for me in other circumstances.
