Review titled Excellent Service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Excellent service - Posted on 08 November 2024
As the surgery was unable to offer an appointment, the receptionist set up a Livi appointment for me. (There were technical problems with this but the Livi help line resolved it swiftly). The Livi doctor assessed me as needing an urgent appointment. Rosedean Surgery phoned me within an hour to give me a next morning appointment. Thank you Rosedean Surgery, I know you are working under very difficult conditions but you have always given myself and my husband excellent care.

Review titled Digital communication does not work
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 05 June 2024
After a long wait to speak to the receptionist to arrange a psa blood test for myself, the receptionist stated that I could ony arrange this via the website using accuRx - this service had reached its capacity by late morning, or Digital Practice Help - this is not only very time consuming the patient also have to download a third party autheticention app, which does not work once installed. So I presume I have to visit the Surgery to make an appointment, or be told to do something completely different - what a waste of my life. 🤪

Review titled Waste of time
Rated 1 star out of 5

Like all recent reviews find surgery has gone down hill drastically. Impossible to get through on phone, no help from reception, if you can talk to anyone. Had a dry cough for weeks, wheezey chest and breathlessness, after hour and half on phone no contact, went to surgery eventually got phone consultation, waited in no call. Went back and got apointment with practice nurse eventually. Very nice, but not very helpful. More pills, still have symptoms but can't get any appointments. Pharmacy keeps changing opening times, now closed longer than open. 7 days order time? really?. Doctors non existent, or they are suffering from some shyness disease as they don't want to see anyone. Been with practice for 12 years and it used to be the best, friendly very professional and efficient, staff were great. Sadly not anymore. Now you are made to feel as if you've got a nerve to ring up for help with some illness. "A phone consultation in 4 weeks time" excuse me I'm ill now! If you look at the good reviews they all appeared before the end of last year. What's changed? Just hope those in charge can sleep well at night, like many others registered at Rosedean I cant.

Review titled Not the same!
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 30 April 2024
Over hours wait on their phone to be told no capacity that day for anymore appointments! so why not have an automated message saying that and not make people stay in a Q for an hour? Then to be told by a hostile receptionist to go to the pharmacy or download an app, I went to both pharmacies in Liskeard who said my symptoms where that of a chest infection that do not deal with, they were not happy a doctors receptionist had sent me there and not happy that this is happening all the time! Used to be a time you could phone this surgery and get seen the same day now I have had to call 111 to get seen by an out of hours doctor who has prescribed antibiotics for a serious chest infection. Just not good enough anymore.

Review titled Terrible
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 11 March 2024
Tried several times last week to get though. Waited up to an hour on some calls. Even tried ring back but they don't give you enough time to pick up the phone. Been tiring again this morning, from 8.30am its now 11.04 as things worse 18 calls so far. Keeps saying they are too busy and to ring back. Be dead by this rate.

Review titled Disgraceful
Rated 1 star out of 5

I had an appointment 2 weeks ago with the nurse. The outcome of this was to get a prescription sent to the chemist for delivery. As unable to get through to reception by phone I telephoned the chemist to see why the delay. They went to the surgery and then informed me that the prescription had been written but had been misplaced within the surgery. A duplicate prescription will be issued and I should be in possession of the required treatment soon. This type of thing should not happen in this type of establishment. I
