    I attended the surgery to receive a flu and COVID vaccination. The whole process was well organised and very efficient.

    Thorough and detailed examination and able to ask questions with helpful answers as well as ongoing treatment and follow up appointment

    The practice was clean and tidy. Had plenty of seats to choose from and wasn’t crowded. I was seen on time and the HCA who took blood was pleasant and chatty.

    Online consultations repeatedly unavailable (capacity reached), even though phone messages keeps asking you to go online. Waited 15 minutes for phone to be answered but couldn't pick it up instantly and so they put the phone down on me! Please make it easier to make appointments, Rolle.

    Was in for annual diabetic review. Nurse was very friendly and saw me within a few minutes of my appt time. Warm friendly appt.

    Phoned to make an appointment as none of the online systems work to book appointments. Given a cancellation for next day and checked in at the health centre and after 40 minutes told I was at the wrong surgery. I had specifically asked when making the appointment and was the told if I went straight there I would be accommodated, but on arrival told it was no longer possible.

    Called to make appointment, told to do online. I filled out online form. Received a txt to call them, I called them. No appointments available, "call later in the week", call later in the week still no appointments available. Fill out online form and now just received no response. It now feels like they just want me to go away, I am 46 and very rarely used the nhs, ive tried to fix me knee issue myself and only came to you as a last resort. I Cant work and cant get medical treatment.. I cant even get a response to what I should do or where I should go to get help. I just have to stay home and keep telling my employer I have to call back next week. But now when I fill out online form I get no response

    Got appointments within 2 weeks. I needed 2 appointments but couldn't get them on the same day but the receptionist managed to get appointments late in the day so I didn't have to take to much time off work. Each time I was seen with in 5 minutes appointment time, so I was pleased with that.
