In my experience, any visit to Claremont Medical Pracrice for whatever reason is always very reassuring, helpfull and positive. All staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable and give you a feeling that your need are being fully met.

This (Sunday) morning, at 8.30am, we attended the practice for our top-up covid jab aimed at people 75+ years old. The car park and building were packed. Everyone was encouraged simply to wait in line as they had arrived - not at the appointment time - and a very cheerful practice member moved us through in small groups. The two practice members who handled registration and vaccination were also cheerful, friendly and efficient. Our thanks to all concerned.

It was quick and the response back with my blood was very quick and an appointment arranged for a follow up but that was not so quick

All staff, from reception to nurses/doctors are polite, helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. They all have great knowledge and experience with their field of expertise. We are very lucky patients!

My husband had very low pulse they took immediate action Excellent service got him to hospital quickly for a pacemaker that day kind and efficient and positively dealt with many thanks to Doctor and paramedic

I attended the surgery for a blood test. I was called in on time by the nurse and dealt with very efficiently and in a pleasant friendly manner.

As with every visit, the staff were welcoming, proffesional, empathetic, informative, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Awlways seen within 15 minutes of appointment time and generally within 10. Easilly the best of those that I have been registered with.
