Really appreciate a doctor running a surgery on a Saturday morning. A good way to catch up on waiting lists.

I had blockage in both ears which was very difficult for me and annoying to my family, friends and persons I met. I do use a hearing aid in one ear, however after a visit to Raleigh Surgery and seen to by a very helpful lady who syringed both ears very speedily, I am able to hear very well and do not need the Hearing aid at all at present. Thank you very much and well done.

I was seen by a lovely nurse on time. She was very friendly and I didn’t feel a thing . Claremont Pines road is very convenient for me and others like me who live close by.

I had no idea what might be involved but everything was conducted in the most friendly yet efficient way. Although no time was wasted there was no sense of rush

Pleasant experience when attending my vaccination appointment. Friendly informative nurse checked what I needed for travel. Although upon checking in on the computer ie where you put your DOB and first letter of surname , up pops a different name. I went to reception to mention it wasn’t me to be informed that was who I was seeing! It doesn’t say that on screen. I mentioned it was confusing as I didn’t know name if employees. It would better for my name to be shown. Each individual that came in after me did the same as me and the lady on reception had to keep getting up time and time again. I think changing this one thing could save everyone precious time in the future.

After I was called back by phone, I was seen the same morning by a doctor. My condition was diagnosed sympathetically and treatment prescribed.

Saw asthma nurse ,she was thorough,efficient and explained about one of the inhalers i had a reaction to and prescribed something else.
