    Was in for annual diabetic review. Nurse was very friendly and saw me within a few minutes of my appt time. Warm friendly appt.

    Phoned to make an appointment as none of the online systems work to book appointments. Given a cancellation for next day and checked in at the health centre and after 40 minutes told I was at the wrong surgery. I had specifically asked when making the appointment and was the told if I went straight there I would be accommodated, but on arrival told it was no longer possible.

    Called to make appointment, told to do online. I filled out online form. Received a txt to call them, I called them. No appointments available, "call later in the week", call later in the week still no appointments available. Fill out online form and now just received no response. It now feels like they just want me to go away, I am 46 and very rarely used the nhs, ive tried to fix me knee issue myself and only came to you as a last resort. I Cant work and cant get medical treatment.. I cant even get a response to what I should do or where I should go to get help. I just have to stay home and keep telling my employer I have to call back next week. But now when I fill out online form I get no response

    Got appointments within 2 weeks. I needed 2 appointments but couldn't get them on the same day but the receptionist managed to get appointments late in the day so I didn't have to take to much time off work. Each time I was seen with in 5 minutes appointment time, so I was pleased with that.

    Great service, had a bloodtest done, all done in 5 minutes, very efficient, my veins are difficult, but she got it first time, happy days

    Attended for regular blood test after receiving a message with the date and time. I was promptly seen by a very pleasant and friendly nurse and quickly dealt with. Only complaint is the inadequate parking on the premises so could be prohibitive for disability patients.

    I have been trying on line and by phone to make an appointment.i filled in an on line form and got a text from a doctor asking me to make an appointment,however when I phoned the surgery I was told there were no appointments and as they would only book two weeks in advance I had to phone every morning for a cancellation.however when I call there are never any appointments!I only want a referral but can’t get that unless I see a doctor.

    On arrival I used the new electronic sign in system which was easy to use. Staff were very helpful and I waited between 5 -10 min to be seen. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

    I saw a very thorough and helpful lady at 9.45 on Thursday 18th July and would like to reiterate my thanks to her for taking time to explain what various blood tests meant.
