    When the practitioner called me she was very polite and communicate very politely . She was extremely compassionate and helped me with my issue.. very kind and lovely female practitioner 🙏🙏

    I have noticed today that due to recently made changes to prescription requests it is not possible anymore to request 'past' medicine. I was trying to use the 'Patient knows better' portal, however could not see any medicine at all. I am not sure why insulin had to be moved to the 'past' medicine. Also, due to the new updates, I was not able to see the practice review scores on Google Reviews. Instead, only NHS reviews are visible. Is it because it is a higher score?

    I've been with my wife regard her asthma i Was meet with one of best paramedic ever in my life. She is so carrying and respectful. And she is very much helpful.     I've seen real improvements in service at roding valley medical centre. Recent contact has been positive and supportive. I had a detailed review conversation yesterday evening and the practitioner was generous with time and explained a number of issues with clarity and patience. Senior clinical practitioner has been brilliant, as have the GPs.

    On 28/02/2024 I called the practice at 16.12hrs, I was online for 21minutes. As I was fed up of waiting and while being on the phone I went to the surgery reception. There were 3 people in the reception office. The lady at the reception window was serving 2 patients. I understand she couldn’t answer. But the other two people were talking and seemed like having a good time (laughing) whilst the phones were not being answered. When it was my turn at the reception window, I showed my call to the receptionist. She replied there were 20 calls waiting to be answered and that they do not answer it at the reception. Well who does then??? It’s only Roding Valley in Woodford which has this attitude. Ecclesbourne in Leytonstone the reception staff are very good. Phones are answered promptly. At Roding Valley in Woodford it is a nightmare to get through to via a phone call. You would be waiting forever while they continue to have their conversations in leisure. The practice manager should deal with the admin staff and their respective roles and in carrying them out to help patients. Majority of the GPs are great. It’s just sorting out the admin staff and the telephone calls and also the appointment system.

    May God bless the Doctor and the Nurse who assisted me today ☝️ I really appreciate the professionalism of the Doctor and the Nurse. They were really helpful at my appointment today 28 February (1:10). They did listen and dealt with all the worries I came with and promised to follow up. I am personally greatful to be checked and treated today by these two wonderful professionals. And I believe that: Riding Valley Medical centre is blessed to have them as part of their team. Respect to Dr and Nurse Many thanks Ibrahim Diallo

    Let’s call our doctor, Doctor a for reference. My child has been having respiratory issues for the last year, after several visits to a&e and many trials of various pumps, medication etc nothing was working. We were booked an appointment with Doctor a, who listened very attentively to all of my concerns, they took down every little detail from when the issue started up until present day. They spoke to my child about how it was effecting them and made them feel heard. This was very reassuring as a parent but also for my child who has had to deal with these issues for such a long time. Doctor a, gave us a new plan of action, arranged for x-rays and various other appointments coming up in the pipeline. No rock was left unturned. They assured me we would get a resolution which was a huge relief. After two weeks of seeing my child Doctor a wanted another appointment to see if there was any progress. My child has made so much progress their breathing has improved massively, they are sleeping better, eating better, able to participate in sports that were causing an issue prior to seeing Doctor a. Doctor a, was also delighted with the progress my child had made they looked so happy that we were finally on the right track to getting a diagnosis. As a parent, our children are always our biggest priority and there is nothing worse than when they are poorly. Doctor a has delivered exceptional service, they have made us feel valued and heard. They were kind, empathetic and caring. Thank you so much!
