today at 14-19 spoke to a very pleasant charming young lady. she was kind patient excellent manners and dealt with my query effectively and efficiently I thanked her for her help which is much appreciated. excellent customer service every time I need assistance and speak to her she is simply wonderful always ready to help assist and resolve my enquiry. I did not get her name when I thanked her and said she was just doing her job . I hope you can pass my thanks on to her she deserves to be rewarded. Thanks once again

Lady at front desk was playing on her phone all the time and swearing. Wait times were 1 hour even with an appointment and the staff were rude about it. After I asked about the wait time that lady just glared at me throughout the whole time I was waiting. Would never recommend this service and that's coming from a former NHS professional.

I was shocked and upset at the treatment I received from this practice. Arrived 8 mins late because my bus was delayed. I explained to the receptionist but was told to reschedule the appointment because the Nurse Practitioner refused to see me even after I said I was in pains.
