I have recently registered all my family elsewhere due to the poor service at this surgery you can never get an appointment only ring on the day which is ridiculous both my sons have had health problems and we have had more done from our new gp in a couple of weeks than in months at riverside I have also learned that my sons abnormal blood test was ignored and he wasn't informed causing his symptoms to worsen
