I have needed medical assistance on 4 different days this week. I contacted the surgery for myself and my husband using the phone and tha Anima system. The responses from both the receptionist at Gringley and on the phone was excellent resulting in on the day face to face appointments and phone advice. I got the treatment, medication and advice that I needed, delivered in a very friendly helpful manner. We are very lucky to be part of this practice and would recommend it to anyone. It is much appreciated. Thank you.
