    The online appointment system was very easy to use. We had a response back very quickly asking for photos. After the photos were sent we had a response saying a prescription had been sent to the local pharmacy. Very good and efficient service. I much prefer this than the phone queues, although I know it won't be for everyone, but hopefully frees up the phones for those who can't use the online service. Thank you.

    Reception always very busy(too short staffed) So a little difficult to sort queries out .. but there's a guy there that always goes out of his way to help and solve the issue your are worried about. Lots of common sense. Well done to him.

    I joined the practice in 1983 and found everything to be great. Unfortunately over the last couple of years things have gone so bad it's near impossible to talk to anyone and if you do they are dismissive to the point of rudeness. I went on there new triage system and got back the text reply I expected, saying you will be contacted within two days but that was six weeks ago. Apparently the system had crashed. I tried to "Have my say" on the complaint section of the system but surprise surprise that part has been turned off. I wonder why? Well fellow patients good luck for the future as I'm now moving on to pastures new. This is now the NHS. (No help service).

    My last two attempts at making a face to face appointment started with a long wait on the phone from "you are 9th in the queue". When answered I was told they "don't have any appointments to book at the moment". This has happened twice. I went online and was able to book a telephone appointment for April 6 but on April 5 I received a text postponing the appointment until 2 May. On 2 May I received another text postponing the appointment until 28 May. I called the surgery to change this as I can't make that date to be told, again after hanging on for 20 minutes, that there are no appointments at the moment.

    Phones are off most of the time, messages are not passed on to the GP, Information taken down incorrectly by those who eventually answer the phone. I am fed up of being told we don't deal with that. My mother had a bad accident and I am nursing her at home. She is bed bound and needs 24 hour nursing. I am unable to leave her on her own. I requested a form from the doctor that was supposed to travel on the transport with her to the fracture clinic in the morning. I asked for this form last week and explained I could not pick it up and please could they post it to her. When I checked today I was told that the doctor hadn't filled the form in so another doctor had to finish it off, but it was in the reception waiting to be collected by myself. What use is that, she needs the form in the morning, or she can not travel, there is a complete lack of communication. How are we expected to put our lives in the hands of these so called GP's when they cant carry out the simplest of tasks. I was told there aren't any doctors available, and to book a phone appointment takes 3 or more weeks. There answer is to phone 111 so they are just passing the buck which is not helping patients like my Mum. There is a practice manager there so manager your practice in an effective way before lives are lost.
