Had a call back and booked in for an appointment the same day. Thorough check up then an ECG and Blood test all within an hour, even though they were short staffed and very busy. All results were communicated to me by the evening. A great service from all involved. Thank you.

I sent my Dr a concern, he phoned the same day and I had blood tests and ECG the following week and a follow up appointment with Dr the week after.

Had a number of appointments check and dress a wound on my neck, the care I had was excellent and she was efficient. Thank you for the amazing service I receive for the reception team, nurses and doctors Thank you

Genuine care, staff have common sense, quick turnaround for getting tests and results back. Great bedside manner from all staff. Lady ( Xmas song, unable to use names) on reception, kind and reassuring. Dr excellent at following up.

I have nothing but praise for this efficient and friendly practice. Following my last request for a consultation I experienced a very speedy call back from my doctor who booked in blood tests and a follow up appointment immediately. Test results were added very promptly to my digital records and the follow up was helpful and reassuring. The whole experience was excellent. Thank you Riverbank!

It was easy to make the appointment. Telephone response first day followed by face to face appointment the following day. The doctor was pleasant and caring and allowed good time during my consultation. Didn't feel rushed. The doctor explained his findings clearly and his treatment recommendations. All went well and I am very happy with my doctor at this surgery.
