    Genuine care, staff have common sense, quick turnaround for getting tests and results back. Great bedside manner from all staff. Lady ( Xmas song, unable to use names) on reception, kind and reassuring. Dr excellent at following up.

    I have nothing but praise for this efficient and friendly practice. Following my last request for a consultation I experienced a very speedy call back from my doctor who booked in blood tests and a follow up appointment immediately. Test results were added very promptly to my digital records and the follow up was helpful and reassuring. The whole experience was excellent. Thank you Riverbank!

    Very grateful to my GP for her prompt referral. Also to Worthing Breast Clinic where I was seen under two weeks. Couldn't ask for better service.

    Despite being a busy Monday morning I only waited a few minutes to get through to the receptionist. I was called back by my doctor within a couple of hours. It was a doctor I had not seen before but I was treated kindly and professionally and not rushed. Very happy

    Following my yearly diabetes checks my test results we’re available online for me to view within hours! The whole process, from arranging the appointment and follow up, to seeing the lovely nurse and then viewing my results was very smooth and well organised.
